Policies
There is a non-refundable fee of $20/camp day. The remainder of the fee is refundable up to 1 week prior to the camp start date. After that time, there are no refunds available.
You may choose to pay only the full amount or only the deposit of $50 up until April 15th. If using a credit card, the remainder will be automatically charged to the same credit card on May 1st. If paying by check, the balance needs to be recieved by May 1st.
Administrative fee of $50.00 is non-refundable. The remainder of the fee is refundable up to 3 weeks prior to the camp. After that time, there are no refunds available. However, up to one week before camp date, you may request to change your week of camp as long as there is space available. There is a $10.00 fee for changing a camp. Due to staffing considerations and the difficulty to fill your child’s space within one week of the date, we cannot accommodate camp changes after that time. Please note that camps changed within the three week period prior to the start of the camp will not be available for a refund of any type at a future date.
All children should be picked up promptly at the appropriate time. The following is the price list for late pick up:
1-5 minutes - free, 5-10 minutes - $10, $1 for each minute thereafter
The fee for the sessions will vary depending on the number of classes being offered. This is due solely to the school schedule of holidays and other days when school is not in session. For instance, if there is no class on a particular date due to a scheduled school closure (e.g. teacher workday, holiday), then the number of classes will be reduced and the fee adjusted accordingly.
If you cancel at least one week prior to the start of a session, you will receive a refund of all that has been paid less the $50.00 deposit.
If you cancel less than one week prior to the start of a session or after a session has started, there will be no refund issued.
